•We would ask that you pay your annual membership dues ($10/year) at the AGM each year. If you are unable to attend the AGM please mail or drop off your dues to the Secretary-Treasurer or President. Cheques should be made payable to: Greenwater Lake Cabin Owners’ Association.

•We also like to keep an updated membership list and would appreciate it if you would send your email contact information to our President so she may reach you during the year with any important information.

HOUSEHOLD GARBAGE

Garbage pickup is no longer being picked up at your cabins. There is now a central location at the Ball Diamond for garbage. PLEASE NOTE: This is for household garbage ONLY. Do NOT dispose of other garbage (i.e., building materials, old lawn chairs, metal, appliances, etc.). Place all household garbage inside the bin. Do not leave bags outside of the bins. Branches, flowers, etc. should go to the Wood Disposal Site (see below).

Recyclable items should be disposed at the blue bins by the Park Maintenance Compound.

It is your responsibility to haul anything other than household garbage to a Dump.

COTTAGER CLEAN WOOD DISPOSAL AREA

Cottage Owners Summer Landfill for Clean Wood Only.

This site will be for clean wood only. No exceptions! Clean wood would be trees, bush, logs, branches, leaves, flower debris. Do not bring any lumber/treated wood as it will not be accepted. Do not bring any other type of garbage at all.

The landfill site will be located on the golf course road, approximately 300m west of the maintenance compound on the south side of the road. There will be an attendant in place who will take names and cottage addresses of the owner to ensure it is only cabin residents using the site. There will be a dug out pit where cottage owners will dump the material.
